We have been using Westgate Security for a number of years and from the installation through the annual maintenance checks, they have always been professional, courteous and friendly. Their work is brilliant and they are very knowledgeable about the equipment and its needs, my wife is also very happy as they tidy up as they go along. They also fit in with her sudden whims for an extra camera, a VDU so that she can watch squirrels in the garden- all requests are met with courtesy, assessed and installed by the highly trained engineers. At all levels the firm is a joy to work with and long May it continue in this way.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to both Eddie and Sam that came out yesterday to carry out the yearly service for both the security cameras and alarm on my property. Despite the extreme heat of the day, not once did I hear them complain despite having to go up into the unbearable heat of the loft and then outside in direct sun to service the cameras. They were extremely professional at all times, clearing up as they went along and knowledgeable about the systems they were servicing and also mindful at all times of the fact that I didn’t want my cats escaping out the front whilst they were carrying out their work! Genuinely nice guys and a credit to your company. Excellent job. 🤩

Just a message to thank you for your recent installation at our school both at the Primary and Secondary. We have been very please with your professional service and installation work. Your engineers work well with school staff on a daily basis to ensure the systems fitted in with everyones requirement. As you are aware I had an Alarm supplied and installed by your Company on 1/3/19. I am writing to express my personal thanks to both Chris and Jake on the way they carried out the task. After installation I had a problem with the Alarm and with 30 minutes Jake was at my House to fix the problem. Jake was very concerned that the Alarm was not working but within minutes he has fixed the problem. These two young lads are a credit to your Company. I was very impressed with Andrew's up to the minute knowledge of security systems. I told him what I wanted and he knew exactly how to go about it. I had two lovely engineers install the CCTV for me efficiently with no mess, no hassle and NO wires to be seen. I can watch and playback with an app on my iPad. I feel secure now as my property is monitored 24/7.

I have only had excellent service including visit for estimate, fitting with no mess or problems and now my first service call as the system is 1 year old. I have had no problems when using my alarm and very happy with it. I have now signed for the yearly service plan. Westgate Security is a well run, professional company led by a friendly, helpful person by the name of Andrew (Drew). We are a charity organisation spread across Kent, London, Surrey & Essex and have used Westgate Security for some years for our electrical and security installations and maintenance across all those sites. Drew is always willing to go the extra mile in every job he does, he thinks "outside the box" to solve problems and keeps the costs to a minimum for us. It is an absolute pleasure working with Drew and I would heartily recommend him to anyone seeking a good job that will be speedily and professionally done!

Andrew has completed a number of electric and security jobs at our home, he is definitely now our electrician of choice. He is very thorough in his approach, gives clear explanations and meets expectations. A year ago our local Senior Building Control Officer required us to install a heat, fire detection and smoke-sensing system as an upgrade to a multi-occupancy home. We wanted a maintenance-free installation and Andrew designed one for us with a radio linked base to each unit and a single activated alarm panel. Our surveyor was very impressed, to the point of running "several" tests! Today Andrew returned for his annual testing schedule. Everything in top order. Thank you Andrew for a job well-done. We have some electrical work coming up.

Every once in a while, you meet someone that restores your faith in people. Andrew is just such a person. Incredibly thoughtful, considerate and courteous, and he did the job brilliantly (we had a faulty security system). He even had a manual printed out for us as we never had one. Not only would I unequivocally recommend Andrew, if I ever need anything fixed again (or even a new install) in security or electricals, I would not even think of going elsewhere. As we Americans like to say, Andrew is "one heckuva guy."

Our old fuse box had been in the property since construction and changes to the house made a new consumer unit necessary. Westgate Security and Electrical fitted a new box, the work being undertaken with minimal disruption and with evident strict adherance to up to date rules and regulations. High quality work completed in a professional and friendly manner. It was within a short period that the value of the work became evident, when a tripped out circuit highlighted a serious fault with a dishwasher, which could have caused problems if the old fuse box had been left in place. Would not hesitate to recommend this business.
